We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it usually takes us around 4 business days to prepare and ship your gemstones.

Please note that the shipping time mentioned below is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination:

• Domestic Shipping: 3-5 business days
• International Shipping: 10-12 business days

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Raj Gems Jaipur. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your package.

Here's our simple returns process:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@rajgemsjaipur.com to initiate the return process.
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include the original invoice or order confirmation.
4. Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping method.
5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note that the following conditions apply to returns:

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

You can let us know within 24 hours of placing order that you want to cancel the order. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days after the cancellation.
